Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry was founded by Mike Linville, a Christian entrepreneur who humbly believes his success in business has been the result not of his own accord, but the power of Jesus Christ working through him as stated in John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he is bearing much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” Through 30 years of successfully establishing and operating information technology-based companies, Mike has sought to integrate his faith into daily operations according to Biblical principles.
When Mike established Talon Healthy IT Services in 2014, he also created Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry as a way to tithe on the profits of the company. Upon the sale of the company in 2021, the Talon Eagle’s Wing Ministry was established as a 501c3 and an investment fund set up to enable us to share God’s blessings with nonprofits well into the future.
Tithing isn’t about giving, it’s returning what already belongs to God.

As part of its commitment to giving back, @Altitude offers a limited, no-cost mentorship program for early-stage entrepreneurs, led personally by Mike Linville. Each year, a select number of business owners—typically within their first one to two years—are invited into a focused mentoring relationship designed to accelerate growth, strengthen foundations, and help avoid common pitfalls.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience building and scaling service-driven organizations, Mike provides practical guidance, accountability, and encouragement across every stage of the journey—from clarifying vision and setting goals to developing leadership, discipline, and long-term success. The focus is simple: build businesses that take care of people well—clients, teams, and communities alike.
This initiative reflects a broader mission to invest in leaders who are committed not only to building successful businesses, but to using that success to make a meaningful impact and serve a greater purpose.
