About @Altitude
Better businesses aren’t built by systems alone—they’re built by aligned leadership, engaged people, and a clear sense of purpose.
@Altitude was founded in 2024 by Mike Linville, a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building and leading high-performing, service-driven organizations. His work is grounded in a simple belief: when you take care of people well, performance follows. That approach has consistently produced scalable, profitable businesses across industries.
He is joined by Kristen Yount, a strategic HR leader with a strong foundation in business operations and organizational development. With experience in both operations and as a Human Resources Business Partner, Kristen specializes in aligning people, processes, and culture to strengthen employee experience and drive performance.
Together, they bring a unique combination of real-world business and people leadership—connecting operational performance with the culture that drives it. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, they work closely with organizations to understand what’s really happening, identify gaps, and build tailored strategies that create meaningful, lasting improvement.
At its core, @Altitude exists to help businesses grow with clarity, purpose, and strong foundations—equipping leaders to build organizations where people thrive, service excels, and long-term success follows.
